TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings and subsequent contracts shall be deemed for the reasons to be concluded in Tanzania and shall be interpreted according to the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT

The company requires 10% deposit to secure Mountains climbing booking and 30% is required to secure safari booking pertinent to client’s need. This kind of deposit forms part of the payment and shall be offset to the total amount charged to the clients/agents for any kind of inquiry.

In this policy, in case of any reason the full amount is not paid by the client or agent at any reason at least six (6) weeks prior to departure of the client, Visit Natives Worldwide limited reserves the right to treat the booking as a cancelled one and the deposit shall be forfeited.

Clients or Agents booking within six (6) weeks of tour departure are required to pay the full amount immediately to secure all the reservation.

Upon the deposit all bank charges are to be settled by the client or agent respectively and this includes transaction fees charged by our bank in Tanzania. The amount shown on the invoice is the amount that needs to reflect in our bank account and the bank charges have to be deducted, the company would have to invoice you subsequently.

BOOKING AMENDMENTS

For any reason whatsoever amendments of existing bookings done by the client or agent concerning departure dates, air tickets, accommodation, number of participants to a safari, etc, a handling fee of 50 USD per booking apply. The handling fee will be charged in addition to the service provider fees.

CANCELLATIONS

If the client what to cancel the safari for any reason arises the cancellations must be sent in writing to the company office via email address. In case of a booking cancellation, the Company shall return the full deposit in its declaration of this policy.

If a booking is cancelled the client is subject to a cancellation fee as follows:

Until 3 weeks prior to departure – 25% Cancellation Fee

3-2 weeks prior to departure – 50% Cancellation Fee

2-1 weeks prior to departure – 75% Cancellation Fee

Less than a 1 week prior to departure – 100% Cancellation Fee

Visit Natives Worldwide Limited reserves the right to cancel any tour at its sole and absolute discretion, without prior notification in instances where this is unavoidable. However, in that case, this company agrees to refund all monies already paid by the client. This shall be the Company’s sole responsibility to the client and no claim for any damages, howsoever arising.

PASSPORTS, VISAS & TRAVEL PAPERS

It is the client’s sole responsibility to ensure that passports, visas, health certificates, proof of vaccinations and any other documentation required are all in order for the countries to be visited as commanded by the law.

Visit Natives Worldwide Limited cannot be held liable for any consequences, damages or claims if the client does not attend correctly to the client’s documentation and related matters prior to commencement of the tour.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All customers travelling with Visit Natives Worldwide Limited are required to have fully comprehensive travel insurance. The policy of Insurance needs to be valid from the date that the initial order is placed so as to provide cover for a cancellation prior to departure. During travel, the insurance needs to provide comprehensive medical, evacuation and repatriation cover.

BAGGAGE

Visit Natives Worldwide Limited entitle clients to one bag of not more than 15 kg (backpack or soft bag no hardtop) suitcase allowed and the company reserves the right to refuse excess baggage. Please notice that on our climbing tours and on some kind of bush flights other baggage regulations may apply regarding the local domestic flight companies.

RISK

The client accepts that all safaris reserved for him or her are of an adventurous nature and may involve an element of personal risk sometimes. Neither Visit Natives Worldwide Limited nor any of its agents can be held liable in any way for any injury, damage to property, loss of life or whatever reason caused. The client hereby agrees the Company and will hold the Company, its agent, assigns and servants harmless from any such claim. The client accepts full responsibility for all risks may be involved.

AUTHORITY ON TOUR

The decisions of the company’s guide or driver on tour shall at all times be final and binding. The client must at all times comply with the laws, customs and foreign exchange regulations of the country on visit.

MARKETING

Visit Natives Worldwide Limited reserves the right to use any photographs and videos taken during safari of wildlife and people’s culture for marketing or any other advertising material for its business. The client hereby gives consent to use such photographs and authorizes Visit Natives Worldwide Limited to retain the copyright for these photographs and such material.

PRICE CHANGES

All our prices are based on the current national park fees, taxes and hotels reservations regulated by the government. Should the authorities decide on increasing fees and taxes, even though they might currently not be scheduled, we would subsequently have to pass on these increases and comply with the laws of taxes.

PHOTOGRAPHING PEOPLE

On safari the client will meet people and their culture. You have permission to take photos with the people hosting us or those we visit in the programs. No client allowed taking photos on the way without the permission of a person or group of people for the reason of commercializing the photos. If a client wants to take photos for the purpose of commercializing later you’re required to ask person from a person and there must be compensation and a hardcopy signing contract. But all photos on a safari are allowed to be taken if the clients want it for only personal use and remembrance.
