Maasai Village Stay Experience

Safari Overview

Welcome to explore the fascinating and authentic Maasai culture and visit the lesser-known National Parks out of the Northern safari circuit in out of the beaten path in Tanzania. These lesser-known National Parks offer spectacular wildlife-spotting opportunities as the parks are home to almost all species. Less known means also fewer visitors. You stay four full days in a Maasai village (boma) that gives you the opportunity to immersive yourself into the rich Maasai culture and pastoralists lifestyle. During the stay, you visit another Maasai boma that is very remote and to reach the place you travel by car, by rowboat, and on foot. This is an ultimate remote expedition where you can observe and participate in Maasai culture and explore the beauty of the remote African savanna and nature. You learn how Maasai warriors use bush medication and where the Maasai warriors hang out in the savanna. You join the Maasai women in their daily life and every night you enjoy your bush dinner outside under the African sky full of stars. Fall asleep by listening nocturnal sounds of Africa like hyena's laughing. The Maasai camp is guarded 24/7 by Maasai warriors. This is a once-in-a-lifetime trip to make!
